Comprehensive Oral Surgery: Full mouth extractions and teeth replacement in one appointment. VERY GRAPHIC.... See how advanced technologies tooth removal, hard and soft tissue grafting products and dental implant products enabled a 60 something male patient have all diseased teeth removed and replaced with temporary prosthetic teeth that incorporated a lower fixed temporary bridge and upper immediate denture. Completed in approximately 6 hours, the patient went home with teeth and ate spaghetti dinner the same evening. As the lower implants fully osseointegrate and the upper jaw completes comprehensive bone and gum tissue grafts, the temporary products will be replaced with porcelain fixed bridgework. This patient reported little to no discomfort during treatment. Post operative pain was managed with simple use of ibuprofen, as needed, for 2 days. Footage provided by Ara Nazarian, DDS, Troy MI.
